Mike Maignan and his AC Milan team-mates walked off the pitch briefly following abuse directed at the goalkeeper from the stands.

Mike Maignan speaks about racist chants against him during Milan-Udinese:

“We can’t play football like this.”

Mike Maignan described the Situation and Events that took place with him on the Pitch just after the kick-off whistle. 

“At the first referral I heard monkey noises and said nothing. At the second one they did it again, I called the bench and the fourth (official). I said we can’t play football like that, it’s not the first time.”

Mike Maignan: “There needs to be very harsh sanctions. Just talking does nothing.”
